3. Use of Services

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized access, scraping, or misuse of our AI Assistant or subscription platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Access to premium features is available via subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• No refunds are offered after a subscription is purchased.
• You may cancel at any time, but access will remain until the end of the billing period.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Reqbee GmbH is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
